Around Golden Grove 5125
Golden Grove is an outer north-eastern suburb in the City of Tea Tree Gully, known for its hills, its trees and how close it sits to the Adelaide Hills. It's a big suburb, covering about 27.7 square kilometres, with Cobbler and Slate Creeks along the north and Seaview Road and the quarries on the eastern side.
The name came from Captain Adam Robertson, an early settler who named the area after the Golden Grove, the last ship he commanded. In 1853 he gave an acre of land so local families could build a school. The suburb you see today is much newer: earthworks for the masterplanned estate began in May 1985, more than 200 blocks sold in the first week of sales that October, and the last block went in 2002.
Today The Grove Shopping Centre and its bus interchange anchor the south-west corner, close to the shared campus of Gleeson College, Pedare Christian College and Golden Grove High School. The Golden Grove Park 'n' Ride opened in March 2022.
The 2021 Census counted 10,299 residents and 4,119 private dwellings, with an average of 1.9 motor vehicles per dwelling. About one home in five had three or more vehicles, and 85% of dwellings were separate houses, so a spare car usually has a driveway, carport or garage to sit in for far too long.

Payment and the MR96
You decide how the money arrives: cash in hand or an instant PayID bank transfer. Payment happens before the car leaves your driveway, and because the tow is free, nothing comes off the price for collection.
Dan also brings the MR96 notice of disposal, the form that tells the registrar the car has changed hands. He'll go through it with you on the spot, so the paperwork is finished when the tray pulls away.
